Effective on April 21, 2010.
This Online Privacy Statement describes the personal information we collect through our websites and mobile applications (the "Site"), and how we collect and use it. The terms "we", "us", and "B4UGO" refer to B4UGO Incorporated, a Delaware corporation.
From our users, who have been customers of popular destinations, we will ask for their name, email address, and such additional identification information as they may care to share with us and other user account holders, including for example a picture or icon, age, gender, and physical location, and their attitude to common stimuli . . . like waiting. They may, however, visit our site anonymously and even report on the wait times they experienced.
From our destination operators, who want to manage the expectations of their customers, shift them to times when they aren’t so busy, and advertise their popularity to the uninitiated, we will ask for a contact name and email address, a contact telephone number to confirm the validity of the account, and such information as will identify the destination, including for example a name, address, telephone number, URL, pictures, operating hours . . . and advice to their customers on how to minimize their wait.
You as a user can contribute to the site in a number of different ways, including reporting wait times, describing your experience, uploading photos, and filling out your public profile. We may store these contributions, display them to other users, and use them for promotional purposes. Note that if you include personally identifiable information in your public content, it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your public content.
If you allow your mobile device to send us your location, we can provide helpful information based on where you are. We may store and use that information to provide you with location-based information and advertising. If you want to deactivate this feature, you can either reinstall the application or deactivate GPS on your mobile device.
Any of the information we collect from our users may be used to enrich our public content, enable user-authorized social exchange, personalize user experience, and forward email to a user originated by a destination on which the user reported. Any of the information we collect from destination operators may be used to improve customer service and service a listing.
In no case will the information we collect from either users oroperators of destinations be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company or individual for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of its originator, other than for the express purpose of delivering the requested service. We will always include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of every email in case any recipient wishes to unsubscribe to future emails.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the integrity of your personal information when you enter or access it in your account.
We store your account information behind a secure server. All sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database, where it is accessible only by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or servicing our customers, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others. Note that non-identifiable user information may be provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, or similar purposes.
At our discretion, we may occasionally include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, for which we have no responsibility or liability, nor for their content or activities. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about third-party links.

We are in compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age, nor are our website and services directed at people of that age or younger.
It is our policy to facilitate communications from destination operators to their customers in order to improve their service and rectify any service shortcomings. To implement this policy, we will occasionally forward email from the destination operators to those of their customers who may have reported on their experience. In no case will we reveal the identity or email address of these customers or any part of their account information to the destination operators.
